ALMOXARIFE / Storekeeper

Responsible for contributing to the management of all unit materials, receiving, making available, and returning materials and samples, ensuring their correct preservation on board, and keeping material records duly updated and complete in the company's systems, in accordance with MODEC procedures, thereby contributing to the reliability of Operations and the achievement of results.

Responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a professional for the Storekeeper position to work in an Offshore opportunity.

To perform functions such as:

• Organize and coordinate all material with quality and efficiently.
• Control the quality of the material at the entrance and exit of the warehouse and organize them in the warehouse.
• Maintain Record of Manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board, or that left the unit.
• Rigorously organize the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials, to maintain effective control and high quality standards, prepare IHRs as required.
• Rigorously organize the SAP system to precisely reflect stock levels and descriptions of the progress of all Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified deadlines.
• Examine the manifests of spare parts arrived on board and update MROB records to reflect exactly what was received.
• Compare all received material with the description and specifications of the Purchase Order before receiving them.
• Dispatch all urgent or high-cost backloads and bring any non-conformity to the immediate attention of the OIM to be inserted into the daily RDO.

Requirements:

• High School completed;
• Intermediate English;
• Previous experience in the role;
• Knowledge in SAP;
• CBSP and HUET

• Manage the quality of the material at the entrance and exit of the Warehouse and organize them in the store.
• Keep Record of Manifests of the total cargo hoisted on board or dropped in the unit.
• Strictly manage the minimum and maximum levels of all spare parts and materials to maintain effective control and high standards of quality, prepare IHRs as required.
• Strictly maintain the SAP system to reflect accurately the levels of stock and descriptions follow up of all Purchase Orders that have been issued and not delivered within the specified time frames.
• Examine the manifests of spare parts coming on board and update the records of MROB and SAP to reflect exactly what was received.
• Compare all material received with the descriptions and specifications of the P / O before accepting them.
• Expedite all urgent or expensive backloads and bring to the immediate notice of the OIM any noncompliance to be inserted into daily RDO.

Requirements:

• High School Degree Completed;
• Intermediate English;
• Previous experience as storekeeper;
• SAP knowledge;
• CBSP and HUET
