Role Description The Consultant role is a contract position based in Kampala with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Consultant will analyze operational and business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance service delivery and efficiency across telecom projects. Daily responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, and supporting project planning and execution. The role will also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting in implementing best practices, and ensuring that client requirements and service-level agreements are met. The Consultant is expected to work closely with local and regional teams to align initiatives with Mobiserve’s strategic objectives.
