Job Summary: A commercial finance role blending FP&A and credit control: owning receivables follow-up and collection performance, preparing variance and management reporting, and assisting finance manager in:

  1. Preparing budgeting & Forecasting
  2. Commercial Credit Policies
  3. AI driven Modelling
  4. Ad-hoc Pricing & Promotions analysis

The role requires strong Excel skills, structured analytical thinking, and the confidence to drive accountability across Sales, Technical, and other departments to ensure timely, accurate financial inputs.

Key Responsibilities: Credit Control & Sales Follow-up

Daily review of accounts receivable aging and outstanding balances

Own the end-to-end follow-up cycle with the sales team on overdue invoices, driving collection performance through clear accountability, structured tracking, and commitment-based actions

Own real-time visibility over collection performance, surfacing early risk signals and translating them into actionable insights for the business

Financial Analysis & Reporting

Prepare variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast, MoM)

Support monthly financial performance analysis

Assist in preparing management-ready summaries and ad-hoc analysis

Cross-Functional Coordination

Follow up with Sales team on projects, timelines, and budget tracking

Coordinate budget and quarterly forecast inputs from Commercial department

Educational & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.

Professional certifications (IFRS, CMA, or equivalent) are a plus.

3–6 years’ experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Finance Operations

Strong Excel skills

Strong personality with confident communication skills

Good English communication skills
