Senior Payroll & Personnel Specialist
Maintain and update employee personnel files and records in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law (800+ Headcount).
Handle Labor Office and Social Insurance Office procedures and transactions.
Follow up with governmental entities and prepare required reports and documentation.
Manage employee contracts, personnel forms, and employment-related documentation.
Monitor employee attendance and provide accurate payroll inputs.
Manage employee leaves and maintain updated leave balances.
Handle employee queries related to personnel, payroll, and benefits.
Handle the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary calculations.
Prepare and review payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, deductions, allowances, and other adjustments.
Calculate and apply salary tax in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations.
Ensure proper application of personal tax exemptions, tax brackets, and taxable income.
Maintain accurate payroll and tax records and coordinate with Finance when required.
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure all required personnel procedures are completed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or a relevant field.
Experience from 3 to 5 years in a similar Payroll & Personnel position.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Solid practical knowledge of payroll tax, personal tax exemption, tax brackets, and taxable income.
Good knowledge of different types of employment contracts, Labor Office, and Social Insurance procedures.
Good command of English and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
