Night Shift Receptionist (Part-Timer) (10pm to 8.00am)
Job pays from $9 per hour - 10 hours (Can rest for about 4 hours) Effective working hours -6 hours. (Need to contribute CPF)- $90 per night, 26 days work month - $2340 per month.
This is a Customer Service Management role at reception of a backpacker's hostel in Chinatown. Job duties include the following:
This is a six day work week- if you like a full time job.
- Receiving of visitors at front desk by greeting, welcoming them appropriately and warmly
- Handling of customers' queries, needs and complaints
- Handling cashiering
- Managing of reception at hostel and cafe operations.
- Managing Customer satisfaction scores and execution of administrative tasks to highest quality standards
- Handle Night Audit of the Operations
- Handle Social Media and Customer Correspondances
- Any other reception duties as deemed required by company
