Salary range $2300 to $3000 for night shift from 10 pm to 8am with about 4 to 5 hours rest/ sleep time in between (usually rest time between 1am to 6am). This night shift role manages customer service and reception operations at a backpacker’s hostel, ensuring smooth front desk activities, customer satisfaction, and operational audits during overnight hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly at the front desk to create a positive first impression
- Respond promptly to customer queries, needs, and complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Perform cashiering duties accurately to manage financial transactions
- Oversee reception and cafe operations to maintain efficient service delivery
- Monitor and manage customer satisfaction scores to uphold quality standards
- Execute administrative tasks with attention to detail and deliver high-quality results
- Conduct night audit of operations to verify accuracy and compliance
- Manage social media platforms and customer correspondence to maintain engagement
- Perform additional reception duties as assigned by the company
