Product and Project Transformation Leader

Your tasks

POSITION MISSION

• Manage the execution of the transformation, product, and projects roadmap approved by General Management.
• Translate business priorities into concrete initiatives, coordinating discovery, planning, implementation, adoption, and benefit tracking.

LEVEL SCOPE

• Applies guidelines defined by General Management and Corporate Management, proposing alternatives for prioritization and execution.
• Manages a limited portfolio of products, transformation initiatives, and technological projects.
• Leads a small team and coordinates matrix teams, escalating architecture decisions, relevant investments, and critical risks.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Roadmap and prioritization
• Translate business priorities into a roadmap with objectives, deliverables, owners, and indicators.
• Prioritize considering value, feasibility, risk, cost, and time-to-market, maintaining visibility over progress and dependencies. Product and transformation
• Coordinate the cycle from discovery and problem definition to launch, adoption, and evolution.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process improvement.
• Coordinate implementations of ERP, BI, platforms, and artificial intelligence through incremental delivery. Project and vendor management
• Convert approved initiatives into plans with schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and indicators.
• Prepare build, buy, or partner analyses, manage vendors, and escalate decisions that require executive intervention.
• Coordinate change management, training, and communication actions.

Requirements

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

• University Professional training in Administration, Engineering, Systems, Business, or related fields. Certifications or training in digital product, agility, processes, technology, or project management are valued.
• Verifiable experience of 4 to 6 years in digital product, transformation, consulting, technology, PMO, or project management, with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and concrete implementations.
• Management of projects, portfolios, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Functional understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, ERP, BI, cloud, and automation.
• Change management, vendors, executive communication, and transversal influence.
