Job Description

• Oversee the overall business operations and strategic direction of the catering and food distribution company.
• Develop business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and growth targets.
• Manage key functions including operations, sales, procurement, logistics and customer relationships.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage employees and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Food & Beverage or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant management experience, preferably in catering, food distribution or F&B.
• Strong leadership, business management and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of operations, budgeting, procurement and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English.
