Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a Chinese or Asian cuisine restaurant, with a strong focus on roast meats. - Extensive knowledge of traditional Hong Kong/Chinese Roasting techniques, including roast duck, roast pig, and char siu.
