Chemical Laboratory Technician / Talcahuano

An important industrial chemical company is looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician to work in the city of Talcahuano.

Functions:

• Perform physico-chemical analyses according to established procedures and methods.
• Take samples of processes, raw materials, and products.
• Execute analysis and certification of products for dispatch.
• Calibrate, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Prepare solutions, reagents, and supplies for analyses.
• Record results and analytical data in the corresponding systems.
• Provide technical support to internal clients and plant areas.
• Comply with Safety, Quality, and Environment standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Technical or professional training in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, Chemical Laboratory, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience performing chemical analyses.
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumental analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Office tools.
• Technical English for reading manuals and equipment.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including day, evening, and night shifts.

Location: Talcahuano

Salary: 1.120.000
