Research Associate (m/f/d) in the field of Research with a focus on Immunophenotyping

Your tasks:

Planning, coordination, and implementation of research projects with a focus on the analysis of flow cytometric data. You will work closely with colleagues from the field of immunophenotyping as well as other diagnostic areas and support them in their scientific endeavors

Bioinformatic evaluation and assessment of new methods and analysis procedures

Participation in innovative scientific projects and international research cooperations

Presentation of scientific results at international specialist congresses and publication in renowned scientific specialist journals

Your qualification:

Completed university degree with a doctorate (or Ph.D.) in the field of Life Sciences (e.g., biomedicine, (human) biology, biotechnology, or comparable) with a content focus on immunophenotyping

Several years of experience in the planning, management, and successful implementation of scientific projects, as well as their publication in specialist journals

Sound expertise in multi-color flow cytometry; ideally with experience in handling human samples and in the context of hematological neoplasias

Demonstrable success in the implementation and successful completion of demanding projects

Experience in statistical data analysis and visualization of biomedical data

Proficient use of common MS-Office applications, especially Excel

Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with internal and external contacts

Team-oriented, proactive, and independent way of working

Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing

We are looking for a scientifically qualified personality in the field of Life Sciences with sound expertise in immunophenotyping. The position includes the planning and implementation of scientific projects, the further development of innovative methods, as well as the bioinformatic evaluation and presentation of scientific results. Teamwork, an independent way of working, strong communication skills, and very good English skills round off the profile.
