Mechanical Engineer – Production Manager / CNC

MLA OSCAR A.B.E.E., based in B.I.P.E. Larissa, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to staff and coordinate the production department. We are looking for a person with technical perception, organizational skills, and a willingness for active participation in the production process, who will gradually take on the duties of Production Manager. Main responsibilities: Organization, planning, and monitoring of daily production Coordination of tasks and production personnel Monitoring the progress of orders and manufacturing times Reading and understanding mechanical and hydraulic drawings Design and processing of drawings in SolidWorks Operation and programming of CNC lathe Participation in solving technical issues arising during production Checking the correct execution of tasks and the quality of the produced parts Required Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering (PE or TE) Knowledge of CNC lathe operation and programming Good knowledge of mechanical drawings Knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD Good computer skills Good knowledge of the English language Driver's license Organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to cooperate and coordinate a team Desired qualifications Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial or machine shop environment Experience in production processes and metalworking Basic knowledge of hydraulic applications and oil automation Experience in additional conventional or CNC machine tools will be appreciated Benefits: Competitive compensation package, depending on experience and qualifications Full-time and stable employment Prospects for professional development and taking on increased responsibilities in production Participation in real design and manufacturing projects
