Temporary Customer Service Officer |West Area

📍 Location:  West area 📅 Contract Period:  26 October 2026 to 25 April 2027 ⏰ Working Hours: 5 days week, between Monday to Sunday Shift 1: 9am to 6pm  Shift 2: 1pm to 10pm Job scope: Manage walk-in, phone and email enquiries, including customer feedback and complaints Process course and event registrations, including payment collection and system updates. Maintain accurate financial records and transaction documentation. Support facility operations and related administrative matters. Assist with receipt issuance and invoicing processes. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent At least  3 years of relevant working experience in administration and operations Proficient in Microsoft Office applications , including Word and Excel Good interpersonal and communication skills , both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
