Director

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Beauty Salon Director to lead and manage our beauty salon business.

The successful candidate will oversee daily salon operations, manage employees, develop customer relationships, and implement business strategies to grow our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and management of the beauty salon.
• Experience in customer relationship management and community engagement is an advantage. The ability to communicate in Burmese is an added advantage when serving Burmese-speaking customers.
• Lead, supervise, train, and motivate salon staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue, expenses, inventory, and operating costs.
• Develop competitive beauty service packages, promotions, and customer loyalty programmes.
• Ensure the salon maintains proper hygiene, safety, service quality, and professional standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Singapore employment, workplace safety, and business regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in beauty salon management, beauty business operations, or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty salon services, customer service, and business development.
• Good command of English for workplace communication and business operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage business performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required by business operations.
