TOURISM CONSULTANT ANALYST (M/F)

For over 40 years, MKG has been supporting its clients in their projects for the creation and development of tourism infrastructure and accommodation, and helping them make the right decisions. MKG also supports public decision-makers through the development of various tourism development strategies and the execution of tailor-made missions for local authorities.
YOUR MISSIONS
Within the Territoires team, you will participate in the execution of strategic support missions for local authorities and tourism stakeholders. You will specifically work on market studies, tourism and accommodation development schemes, positioning analyses, surveys, or even tourism observatories.
In this capacity, you will be required to:
- Perform the research, analyses, and data processing necessary for the smooth running of the firm's missions;
- Collect, structure, and ensure the reliability of quantitative and qualitative data;
- Produce reliable, structured, and reasoned analyses;
- Contribute to the design of methodological and analytical tools (questionnaires, indicators, analysis matrices, dashboards, visualizations);
- Participate in the drafting of deliverables and presentation materials with a high level of requirement;
- Utilize complex databases and participate in the production of statistical and economic analyses;
- Participate in internal exchanges (team meetings, sectoral and competitive intelligence) as well as external exchanges with clients and partners;
- Occasionally contribute to responses to calls for tenders, publications, and the firm's promotional work.
YOU ARE
- A graduate with a Bac +5 (tourism, economics, business school, public policy, or equivalent);
- You have 1 to 2 years of initial experience in a research firm, consultancy, or a data/tourism-oriented environment;
- Genuinely motivated by the challenges related to tourism, hospitality, and territorial development;
- Autonomous, rigorous, and organized, with excellent writing, analysis, and synthesis skills;
- Comfortable with office and data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, Pack Office, AI tools);
- Capable of manipulating and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data;
- Possessing good interpersonal skills and enjoying teamwork;
- Comfortable in English in a professional context; another language is a plus.

- Position based in Paris 15e (5 rue de Dantzig) with occasional travel in France and internationally
