Then this could be the opportunity for you. Vanadis Energy develops the energy storage of the future through innovative battery technology. Our proprietary Vanadium Solid-State Battery (VSSB) represents a new generation of safe and high-performance energy storage systems, with a manufacturing model that enables rapid global scaling. In parallel, we are also developing innovative zinc-ion batteries for a wide range of applications. We are growing and are now looking for several Junior operators for our facility in Rosersberg. You do not need to know everything from day one. For us, the right attitude, a strong safety mindset, accuracy, and the will to learn are at least as important as previous experience. About the role As a Junior Production Operator, you will become an important part of our production team and work practically with the manufacturing of our batteries. The work includes, among other things, production equipment, material handling, assembly, quality controls, and testing. Since we are in a growth phase, you will enter an environment where much is happening and developing rapidly. You will work closely with other operators, technicians, and engineers and get the opportunity to learn more about both production processes and battery technology. We are looking for you who enjoy practical work, take responsibility for what you do, and are not afraid to ask when something is unclear. Safety and quality always come first. What will you do? Your tasks will include, among other things: Operating and monitoring production equipment. Manufacturing, assembling, and testing battery cells and battery components. Handling materials, components, tools, and finished products according to established routines. Performing quality controls and documenting production results. Preparing, setting up, and cleaning production equipment. Performing simple troubleshooting and noting when something is not working as it should. Contributing to a safe, clean, and well-organized workplace according to 5S principles. Reporting deviations, safety observations, and suggestions for improvement. Collaborating with colleagues and supporting different parts of production as needed.
Who are we looking for? Your background may vary. Perhaps: You have recently graduated from high school with a technical, industrial, electrical, or other practical focus. You have worked for some or a few years as a production operator, machine operator, or assembler. You have experience from warehouse, logistics, or other practical activities and want to develop further within the manufacturing industry. You have a strong interest in technology and are looking for an opportunity to learn production and manufacturing from the ground up.
