Occupational Safety/HSE Specialist M/F

What will be your main responsibilities? The scope of responsibilities is adapted to the level of previous experience.

• Supervision of compliance with OHS regulations on company projects
• Organization and conducting of induction, periodic, and extraordinary training
• Coordination of safety requirements during worker onboarding to projects
• Communication with customers, investors, regulatory authorities, and external OHS service providers
• Recording and evaluation of occupational accidents, including the proposal of corrective measures
• Preparation of HSE documentation, risk analyses, and related documents
• Evaluation of HSE indicators and preparation of reports for company management
• Cooperation in internal audits and improvement of the OHS management system
• Monitoring compliance with internal regulations and safety standards

Basic requirements:

• Certificate of a professionally qualified person in risk prevention according to Act No. 309/2006 Coll.
• English language at a communicative level
• Willingness to travel within the Czech Republic and abroad
• Secondary or University education in a technical field or in the field of OHS
• Active driving license group B
• Knowledge of PC work (MS Office)
• Independence, responsibility, and a proactive approach

Advantage (not a condition):

• Practice in the field of OHS or HSE
• Experience from industrial projects
• Internal auditor
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems, knowledge of EN ISO 3834-2 is an advantage.
