Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, business-minded Managing Director to lead and grow our employment agency. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships and drive recruitment performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations and business performance of the employment agency.
• Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead recruitment activities and drive successful candidate placements.
• Develop business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Manage staff performance, operating costs and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore's employment agency regulations and licensing requirements.

Job Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, employment agency management or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
• Good understanding of recruitment operations and client management.
• Self-motivated, responsible and results-oriented.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment agency regulations is an advantage.
