SCAFFOLDER

Responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures on construction sites and other projects. Safe installation and inspection of scaffolding, including securing it to structures, installing safety features like guardrails and safety nets, and ensuring the stability of the structure. Ensures safe access and support for workers at height during various tasks like building, renovation, and maintenance. This role requires strong physical fitness, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications/Requirements: The job requires significant physical strength and stamina, as scaffolders often lift and carry heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
