Fixing Systems: Repair leaky pipes, unclog drains, replace broken lights, and fix switches or outlets. Upkeep Checks: Inspect buildings and equipment regularly to find and stop problems early.
Qualifications/Requirements: Trades Know-How: Skills in basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or painting. Tool Skills: Know how to safely use saws, drills, hammers, and measuring devices. Physical Strength: Able to lift heavy items, stand for long times, and work in varied weather. Following Rules: Able to read simple plans or instructions and follow safety codes
