Tooling Manager (Stamping Die / Die Trial)

1. Manage and control work related to Stamping Die / Progressive Die / Press Die
2. Plan and control Die Trial / Die Testing to comply with Drawing and Specification
3. Analyze workpiece problems from Trial, such as Dimension, Burr, Crack, Deformation, Spring Back, and Feeding Problem
4. Inspect and analyze problems caused by dies, and determine guidelines for Die Adjustment / Die Modification
5. Control and monitor die corrections to meet the schedule
6. Provide technical advice to Tooling / Production / Quality teams
7. Support the resolution of Mass Production problems related to Stamping Die
8. Prepare and monitor reports for Trial results, Die Modification, and Die Improvement
9. Control costs and duration of die correction/improvement

Qualifications: Gender: Male, Age 40 years or older, not exceeding 55 years Bachelor's degree or higher in Tool & Die Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields At least 5–8 years of experience in Stamping Die / Press Die / Die Trial Experience in Trial and adjusting Stamping dies and the ability to analyze Dimension problems Ability to read and analyze 2D Drawing, GD&T, and Tolerance very well Knowledge of Progressive Die / Compound Die / Transfer Die will be specially considered Experience working with Die Maker / Tooling Supplier and the ability to communicate to determine die correction guidelines Ability to analyze root causes of problems and determine points that need to Adjust / Modify Die Understanding of Press Machine and Stamping Process, especially Press machines with a capacity of approximately 25–300 Tons Leadership skills, able to manage teams and coordinate well with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supplier departments Ability to communicate technical English at a certain level Experience as a Tooling Engineer / Tooling Supervisor / Tooling Manager
