Sales Administration Manager (M/F)

As a Sales Administration Manager within the SRC team, you will act to shape the future of animal nutrition in a stimulating and innovative environment. Reporting hierarchically to the Customer Operations Manager, you will ensure the complete and autonomous management of customer orders.

Your main missions will be:

• Managing an Export customer portfolio by ensuring relations with dedicated logistics and administrative contacts
• Processing orders from registration to delivery in compliance with established procedures
• Preparing export documentary sets in connection with dedicated internal and external services
• Anticipating potential inconveniences for the customer and their prevention
• Managing complaints and disputes and proposing corrective actions when necessary, in relation with other internal services
• Feeding and utilizing commercial information systems while guaranteeing the reliability of the customer file
• Relations with the sales teams

Why you? With a degree from Bac +2 to Bac +5 (ideally in commercial management), you have a first experience in the commercial field and customer sales administration. You master export ADV (incoterms, documentary sets, documentary credit). Knowledge of SAP software and MERCURE software would be appreciated. You are very rigorous, reactive, organized, you have a true sense of interpersonal relations and a team spirit. You have the ability to work with full autonomy on an evolving customer portfolio. Proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary.
