As part of its target organization for FY30, MIXEL is strengthening the management of its industrial projects.   • Organize the contract review: sold scope, customer requirements, payment terms, bank guarantees, documentation, delivery constraints, and margin objectives.
  • Lead internal and/or external kick-off meetings, establish the project schedule, and secure critical milestones.
  • Orchestrate tasks with internal departments: BE, Application Engineering, purchasing/supply chain, manufacturing, ADV, quality, and other project stakeholders.
  • Be the primary contact for the client regarding technical requisitions, drawings, progress meetings, technical questions, and document management.
  • Supervise project documentation, inspection points, quality files, as well as the organization of FAT and SAT.
  • Monitor costs, deadlines, POC progress, invoicing, bank guarantees, and cash-flow with accounting/finance.
  • Manage amendments / change orders, in connection with the sales representative, then coordinate transport logistics until customer delivery.

  • Good technical understanding: mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, pressure vessels, industrial production, rotating machines, and special equipment.
  • Ability to manage complex projects: planning, costs, risks, documentation, quality, client, and internal decision-making.
  • Rigor, organization, reactivity, customer orientation, and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent level of English is essential. French is a plus; other languages would be appreciated.
