Project Manager

As part of its target organization for FY30, MIXEL is strengthening the management of its industrial projects. Reporting to the operational management, you will manage complex business from contract review to final delivery, with a global technical, contractual, financial, documentary, and planning vision.

• Supervise the consistency of the global project workload and ensure the adequacy between priorities, resources, and milestones.
• Participate, if necessary, in the preparation of technical and commercial offers in response to tenders (AO).

• Manage complex industrial projects, particularly business integrating tanks and agitation, with high added value, projects tracked accounting-wise according to the percentage-of-completion method, as well as projects with international EPC clients...
• Organize the contract review: sold scope, customer requirements, payment terms, bank guarantees, documentation, delivery constraints, and margin objectives.

• Lead internal and/or external kick-off meetings, establish the project schedule, and secure critical milestones.
• Orchestrate tasks with internal departments: BE, Application Engineering, purchasing/supply chain, manufacturing, ADV, quality, and other project stakeholders.

• Be the primary contact for the client regarding technical requisitions, drawings, progress meetings, technical questions, and document management.
• Supervise project documentation, inspection points, quality files, as well as the organization of FAT and SAT.

• Monitor costs, deadlines, POC progress, invoicing, bank guarantees, and cash-flow with accounting/finance.
• Manage amendments / change orders, in connection with the sales representative, then coordinate transport logistics until customer delivery.

• Higher technical education: mechanics, industrial engineering, process, production, supply chain, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial project management, ideally in engineering, special machines, process equipment, or make-to-order manufacturing.

• Good technical understanding: mechanics, electricity, instrumentation, pressure vessels, industrial production, rotating machines, and special equipment.
• Ability to manage complex projects: planning, costs, risks, documentation, quality, client, and internal decision-making.

• Rigor, organization, reactivity, customer orientation, and ability to unite cross-functional teams.
• Excellent level of English is essential. French is a plus; other languages would be appreciated.
