INDUSTRIAL PURCHASER - PROCUREMENT / PROJECTS (M/F)

Your role Reporting to the Operations Department, you will take charge of industrial purchasing within your scope and also intervene in the procurement of complex or high-stakes business, in coordination with the procurement officers.

You are a key player from the quoting phase: you provide the sales and design/quoting teams with reactive and reliable answers regarding prices, lead times, possible suppliers, and technical solutions.

Your main missions:

• Conduct supplier consultations for specific or complex business, supporting the design/quoting and sales teams during the quoting phases.
• Analyze technical specifications and verify the relevance of supplier offers: cost, quality, lead time, and industrial feasibility.

• Negotiate purchasing conditions for technical business: mechanical parts, specific equipment, subcontracting, special machines, and significant volumes.
• Develop and manage the supplier and subcontractor portfolio: sourcing, consultations, supplier visits, indicators, and purchasing agreements and contracts.

• Ensure active sourcing in France and internationally, particularly with the Group's industrial resources, including the GMM Inox factory in Poland.
• Establish and maintain price databases to ensure the reliability of quotes, consultations, and future orders.

• Take charge of procurement for large business or complex projects when technical stakes, lead times, or suppliers require reinforced monitoring.
• Coordinate priorities with procurement officers to secure follow-ups, deliveries, supplier lead times, and project needs.

• Manage supplier disputes related to quality, lead times, price discrepancies, or delivery non-conformities.

• Good understanding of mechanical environments: special machines, boilermaking, industrial equipment, mechanical parts, or job-shop manufacturing.
• Ability to read a technical requirement, consult, compare, negotiate, and secure a supplier solution.

• Reactivity, rigor, sense of internal service, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work transversally with sales, technical, and operational teams.
• Professional English is necessary. Occasional travel in France and abroad is to be expected.
