Wholesale Sales Manager

MIX N MATCH is looking for a Women's Clothing Wholesale Sales Manager for full-time employment, based in Thessaloniki. The position is primarily office-based and concerns the overall management of the wholesale client base, communication with partners in Greece and abroad, as well as the organization and monitoring of orders. Since many of the daily processes are carried out collectively, we are looking for a person who can collaborate excellently and operate effectively within a large team. Main responsibilities:

• Daily communication and service of the wholesale client base
• Management of B2B sales and presentation of collections
• Entry, organization, and monitoring of orders
• Electronic invoicing and use of commercial software/ERP
• Monitoring of deliveries, payments, and outstanding items
• Participation in the receipt and inspection of products
• Collaboration with the team for the preparation and shipment of orders

• Sampling within and outside Thessaloniki 2 times a year (expenses paid)

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in the same position, necessarily in a clothing or fashion company
• Excellent knowledge of English, at written and spoken level
• Very good knowledge of commercial software and ERP systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Strong commercial sense and proven ability in sales
• Responsibility, consistency, politeness, and professionalism
• Strong team spirit and ability for effective collaboration
