Operations Supervisor – Lima

Functions:

• Record fleet mileage to schedule maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with workshops and clients.
• Review contracts and service scopes to ensure compliance.
• Request authorizations for additional works according to the maintenance plan.
• Attend to and channel requirements from users and fleet managers.
• Send quotations and technical reports for accident-related or additional works.
• Value the monthly rental of units for billing.
• Present KPI indicators to the client in face-to-face or virtual meetings.
• Lead by example and promote a positive organizational culture.
• Comply with and enforce internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

• University education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Minimum experience:

• 5 years as a Fleet Administrator, Fleet Supervisor, or Account Manager.
• Brevete AI (5 years) or A2B (desirable).
• Knowledge in light fleet management, sales of intangible services, and management of indicators.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Basic English.
