Production Supervisor
1.Supervise employees under their own supervisors. and as assigned by the supervisor. 2.Plan and allocate manpower to align effectively with production requirements and schedules. 3.Review production process plans and track deliveries to ensure on-time completion. 4.Control and manage quality issues within the production process.
- Formulate and execute plans aimed at increasing overall production output and efficiency.
- Summarize and compile Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for the production department.
7.Plan and implement production process improvements in alignment with corporate policies. 8.Plan and drive the training and professional development of personnel within the organization. 9.Audit production processes and optimize line layouts to ensure maximum operational efficiency and ergonomics.
- Summarize and manage work-in-progress (WIP) and component inventory levels within the production line.
11.Monitor and enforce discipline, ensuring subordinates strictly adhere to company rules, regulations, and codes of conduct. 12.Versee and maintain the production line area in accordance with 5S, Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSSE) standards. 13.Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications: Men, age 30-35 years. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related. Experience leader in production line more than 3-5 Years. Have a good level of knowledge of English and can use computers such as Microsoft office, etc. Have a good level of knowledge of English The company does not have a shuttle service.
