Motorpool Assistant Manager

1. Control daily operation for Motorpool (Yard)’s Inbound – Outbound operation.
2. Plan/ Purchase / Maintenance equipment, facilities, and material control to meet requirements.
3. Plan and control inventory checks periodically for both vehicles and accessory parts.
4. Operation improvement related to vehicle yard handling and vehicle accessory parts installation.
5. Analyzing when found abnormal cases / irregular cases and reporting to a superior.
6. Support any concerned MP management included. CBU, Accessory operation issues as superior’s assignment.

Working time: 08:00 - 17:00, Mon-Fri Workplace: Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Chonburi.

Qualifications: Age between 30-37 years old, Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related. Have 5 years of experience or more in Motorpool Management, Yard Management, Automotive Logistics, Vehicle Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse. Have know-how in Yard management, Logistics & Warehouse/similar fields. Have Management Skills, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills. Good in Excel function and MS Office. Good communication and presentation in English. Hard work, Endurance, and working under pressure. Able to work overtime and can travel to other branches. Able to commute to work at Laem Chabang Industrial Estate Chonburi. Experience in Motorpool Management or Yard Management will be an advantage.
