Gymnasts / Trainers

Location: Rhodes, Faliraki Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Period Ref: HO / RETRR

Purpose

As a Gymnast / Trainer at the Wellness | Performance & Spa Center, you will conduct and support athletic and gymnastic activities, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and maintaining clean, organized, and safe spaces. You will collaborate with the team and support all tasks related to sports, wellness, and recreation, according to the instructions of the Department Manager, providing high-quality services in accordance with the Group's service standards, contributing to the creation of a pleasant and safe experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Conducts athletic and gymnastic activities, as well as group exercise programs.
• Provides personalized exercise advice according to the needs and fitness level of each trainee and monitors the correct execution of exercises.
• Supervises the gym area and checks the functionality of the equipment.
• Maintains a clean and tidy workspace and reports any damages or deficiencies.
• Assists in all tasks related to sports and recreation, as assigned by the department manager.
• Provides high-quality services and maintains a high level of service and professional appearance, in accordance with the Group's standards and the standards of the Wellness Performance & Spa Center.
• Manages and carries out the daily tasks required for the smooth and efficient operation of the Fitness Center.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Education and Sports or a recognized diploma/certification in Personal Training or Fitness Instruction.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of basic principles of training, anatomy, and safe execution of exercises.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Yoga | Pilates | Aquarobics | TRX | Cross training | Cycling certification will be considered an additional qualification.
