Receptionist B – Crete/ RINELA

Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Ref : HO / RECEBCr

Purpose

As a Receptionist B, you will provide services in the reception area according to the Group's standards, you will maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and you will serve the hotel guests in cooperation with your immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Manages guest arrivals and departures and records/archives the corresponding information.
• Serves guests and manages requests, needs, or issues they may have.
• Manages the telephone switchboard.
• Manages electronic correspondence.
• Informs and is informed via the Floor Supervisor and the Maintenance Supervisor regarding any problems in guest rooms.
• Follows the instructions of the shift supervisors.
• Advises and guides guests regarding any information they need concerning the island, the hotel, and the services provided.

Required Qualifications:

• Tourism education.
• Diploma, Degree, Studies will be considered an additional qualification.
• At least 2 seasons of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of a second language is considered an additional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel software Protel.
• Excellent knowledge of PC (Word, Excel).
