The Mitsis Group offers new job positions in its hotels in Kos: Grooom - KOS Location: Kos Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Ref: HO / GROOK Purpose: As a Grooom in the reception area, you will provide guest service according to the Group's standards throughout their stay, namely upon arrival, during their stay, and upon departure. Responsibilities: Transfers luggage upon arrival and/or departure to and from their room in coordination with the reception. Escorts guests upon arrival and/or departure to and from their room in coordination with the reception. Transfers messages and/or updates to and from guest rooms in coordination with the reception. Takes care of luggage storage in the luggage storage area on the day of the guests' departure. Communicates with the reception for facilitation and problem-solving. Organizes and maintains their workspace clean. Communicates with the immediate supervisor regarding any problems. Provides services according to the Group's standards. Required Qualifications: Tourism education will be considered an additional qualification. 2+ years of experience in a similar department, ideally in a hotel environment. Knowledge of the English language (spoken). Team spirit and enthusiasm for the subject. Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
