The Mitsis Group offers new job positions at its hotel in Crete: Night Receptionist - Crete / Rinela Area: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Ref: HO/ NIFOCr Purpose: As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for carrying out night shift duties and serving customers in accordance with the Group's standards and the instructions of your immediate supervisor. Responsibilities: Manages the arrivals and departures of guests. Serves guests and manages any issues and requests. Monitors hotel security and operational matters and responds to any emergency situations or disturbances. Collaborates and communicates regarding any issues with their immediate supervisor, while simultaneously informing the Maintenance Supervisor and the Floor Supervisor for urgent matters. Updates the schedule for any changes and issues the morning reports. Performs the end-of-day closing (main courante). Manages the switchboard & electronic correspondence. Manages the reception cash desk.

Required Qualifications: Tourism education will be considered an additional asset At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5* hotel environment Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) Knowledge of a second language will be considered an additional asset Excellent knowledge of the Protel hotel software or similar. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) Skills: Professionalism, Reliability & Responsibility. Empathy. Adaptability. Collaboration & Teamwork.
