Waiters B – Crete/LAGUNA

Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time

Purpose

As Waiters B, you will support all tasks related to the smooth operation of your station, the maintenance of high service standards, the monitoring of hygiene and safety rules, and the achievement of operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepares his/her station (mise en place), according to the instructions of his/her immediate supervisor.
• Serves customers according to the hospitality standards of the Group.
• Organizes and maintains his/her workspace clean.
• Monitors supplies at his/her station and informs his/her immediate supervisor accordingly.
• Communicates with the immediate supervisor regarding any problems.

Required Qualifications:

• Tourism Education.
• Experience in Food & Beverage departments, ideally in a hotel environment.
• Good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
