Educator / Child Care - Messonghi

Location: Corfu Employment Type: Seasonal Ref: HO/ RECHΚΕ

Purpose:

As Educators, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the children, while simultaneously creating a fun and positive play space for the children, based on the standards and values of the Mitsis Group.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute the daily activities of the mini club.
• Receive and deliver children according to Mitsis Hotels procedures and be responsible for their safety throughout their stay at the mini club.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety rules through the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Implement the approved mini club activities and ensure the active participation and satisfaction of the children.
• Manage the department's consumable orders.
• Prepare and execute the mini disco program.
• Report any equipment damage to the relevant department.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Kindergarten Teaching / Early Childhood Education (TE)
• Professional experience
• Communication skills
• Ability to cooperate within a team framework.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of IT
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage
