BARTENDER - Crete/RINELA
Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Ref: HO / BARTCr
Purpose
As the Barman, you will be responsible for the preparation and service of cocktails, drinks, and beverages according to the menu and the service of customers according to the hospitality standards of the Mitsis Group.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails, drinks, and beverages according to the menu
- Serve guests according to the hospitality standards of the Mitsis Group
- Maintain the cleanliness of the bar equipment
- Monitor operational and maintenance issues of the machines
- Monitor the adequacy of equipment and supplies stock
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable)
- Desirable experience in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment
- Knowledge of managing materials and coffee preparation equipment
- Knowledge and compliance with all hygiene & safety rules
