Bar Waiters B – Crete/RINELA

Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Ref: HO/ SERBBK

Purpose:

As Bar Waiters B, you will support all tasks related to the smooth operation of the station, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety rules, and achieving operational goals. You will be in direct communication with the department supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares their station (mise en place)
• Knows the drinks menu and the wine list.
• Serves customers according to the Group's hospitality standards
• Organizes and maintains a clean workspace
• Monitors supplies at their station and informs their immediate supervisor accordingly
• Communicates with the immediate supervisor regarding any problems

Required Qualifications:

• Tourism Education
• At least 1 year of experience in the Bar department in a 4* or 5* hotel.
• Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
• Knowledge of MS Office applications
