Receptionist A – Crete/ RINELA

Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal / Full-time Ref: HO / RECACr

Purpose

As a Receptionist A, you will provide services in the reception area according to the Group's standards, maintain a clean and tidy workspace, and assign tasks to your colleagues on your shift, according to the instructions of your immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the arrivals and departures of guests
• Serves guests and manages any problems or requests.
• Manages the telephone center
• Manages electronic correspondence
• Manages the reception cash desk
• Informs and is informed via the Floor Supervisor and the Maintenance Supervisor regarding any problems in the guest rooms

Required Qualifications:

• Tourism education/diploma/ Degree/ Studies will be considered an additional qualification
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5* hotel environment
• Knowledge of English
• Knowledge of a second language is considered an additional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of the hotel software Protel
• Excellent computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
