Mitsis Group offers new job positions in its hotels in Crete: Waiters A – Crete/LAGUNA Location: Crete Employment Type: Seasonal/Full-time Purpose As Waiters A, you will support all tasks related to the smooth operation of the station, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety rules, and achieving operational goals. Responsibilities Prepares their station (mise en place). Knows the menu and the wine list. Serves customers according to the Group's hospitality standards. Tidies and maintains their workspace clean. Monitors supplies at their station and informs their immediate supervisor accordingly. Communicates with the immediate supervisor regarding any problems. Required Qualifications: Tourism Education. At least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage department in a 4* or 5* hotel. Very good knowledge of English (written & spoken).
