Do you want to work with special fresh products from all over the world? And do you get energy from inspecting, improving, and monitoring quality? Then this position at Mitrofresh is for you. As a Quality Control Employee Fruit & Vegetables, you will daily inspect our mushrooms, exotic vegetables, and fruit. You quickly see if a product meets our quality requirements and coordinate with colleagues if something deviates.

You will work in an international environment where pace, quality, and collaboration are important. No two days are the same.

What will you do?

• You inspect incoming and outgoing Fruit & Vegetables products
• You assess quality, freshness, packaging, labels, and temperature
• You identify deviations and discuss them with colleagues
• You clearly record inspection results
• You support sampling, analyses, and quality documentation
• You think along about food safety, hygiene, and quality improvements
• You coordinate with logistics, production, purchasing, and sales

What is important to us?

• You work accurately and have an eye for detail
• You are practical-minded and like to take initiative
• You maintain an overview, even when it is busy
• You feel at home in an international working environment
• You have a good command of the English language
• Experience with quality, Fruit & Vegetables, food, or logistics is a plus
• Experience as a quality employee, QC inspector, surveyor, or QA employee is a plus
