Your tasks

Welcome customers and escort them to their tables, while introducing food and beverage menus. Take food and beverage orders from customers and verify the accuracy of the items. Serve food and beverages to customers accurately and promptly. Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of dining tables, equipment, and service areas. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide assistance upon request. Coordinate with kitchen staff, bar staff, and related departments to ensure smooth service. Inspect and prepare service equipment before and after service hours. Handle payments and verify food bills as assigned. Comply with the company's service, hygiene, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

1. Female
2. Aged approximately 25–40 years old
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hotel operations
4. Pleasant personality, smiling, and service-minded
5. Able to work in shifts and perform well under pressure
6. Good command of spoken English
7. Good personality, bright and smiling

9. Good interpersonal skills
10. Able to communicate in English
11. Able to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors well
12. Diligent, patient, honest, and responsible for duties
13. Prior work experience will be given special consideration
