Human Resources Specialist

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Human Resources Specialist for our client, Kandang Juragan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee employee contracts and SOPs across the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Monitor KPI implementation and cadence of accountability.
• Lead cultural programs to foster organizational values and employee engagement.
• Develop and maintain company regulations and policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Performance Management, or Talent Acquisition roles.
• Skilled in conducting Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) and coaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and approachable attitude.
• Strong leadership, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
