Finance Manager

Mitra Data Lab is seeking a Finance Manager for our client, Kandang Juragan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, accounting, taxation, cash flow, payroll, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and performance analyses to support management decisions.
• Monitor costs, margins, and profitability to identify areas for improvement.
• Strengthen internal controls for transactions, payments, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with management and operational teams to provide financial insights and support business performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or related roles.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, taxation, and cost control.
• Strong analytical skill with the ability to interpret financial data and provide practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
