IT Business Analyst

Your tasks
- Gather and analyse business requirements with Business Owners and stakeholders.
- Review and translate BRD into PCR, RFP, and other project/technical documentation.
- Facilitate requirement meetings and document key decisions/action items.
- Coordinate with PM/Co-PM, Solution Architect, QA, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor assigned initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support testing activities and ensure project documentation meets applicable standards.
- Develop business and analytical artifacts such as process flows, system flows, use cases, user access matrices, and UI mock-ups.
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience as IT Business Analyst, Business Partner, or in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge in one or more banking domains: Credit, Wholesale Banking, Digital Banking, HR, Finance, Funding, Regulatory, Digital IT Operations, Treasury, or Banking Services & Quality.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, IT project management, and project delivery.
- Experience handling IT projects and working with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
