Administrative and Financial Manager / Administrative Manager (M/F)

Groupe Trèfle is a fast-growing player, specializing in water fountains and associated solutions.

Structured around several companies, it is actively developing and undertaking a structuring of its finance function, with external growth projects. In this context, we are recruiting a DAF to support this transformation and act as a true partner to the CEO.

Your missions

Partner to the CEO & strategic vision Be the right hand of the CEO on financial and strategic issues Provide an analytical and operational vision to support key decisions Adopt an entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach

Structuring and reliability of the finance function Harmonize accounting and financial processes between entities Ensure the reliability of closings and guarantee the quality of financial data Implement tools and consolidated group reporting

Performance management Define and monitor relevant KPI Analyze performance by entity / activity Ensure consistency between forecasts and actuals

Treasury and cash management Manage group treasury and secure financial balances Optimize WCR and customer, supplier, and stock cycles Deploy cash monitoring tools and manage exchange rate risks

External growth Participate in target analysis and due diligences Support acquisition operations and the integration of new entities

Management and organization Supervise and develop the skills of the finance teams Structure roles and responsibilities and promote automation

Governance and compliance Guarantee accounting, tax, and legal compliance Manage relationships with external partners

Your profile

Holding a Bac +5 degree in finance or management, you are an experienced DAF who has evolved in multi-company environments, ideally in fast-growing SMEs with external investors.

You are comfortable in relationships with investment funds and have professional English. Structured and results-oriented, you master financial management and cash in transforming contexts. You combine strategic high-level vision with execution capability.

A recognized leader, you know how to engage teams, evolve organizations, and drive an entrepreneurial dynamic with high standards and reliability.

Remuneration: Between 80k and 100k CDI - 39H Contract
