Quality Engineer

Enforce and supervise the implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) at project sites.

Document inspection and verification procedures for ongoing and completed work.

Develop and update project-specific quality plans in line with local and international standards.

Conduct regular on-site inspections to assess the quality of materials, construction methods, and workmanship .

Ensure work compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts .

Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality reports , identify non-compliance issues, and propose corrective actions.

Coordinate internal and external audits , ensuring timely response and follow-up.

Train and guide site teams and subcontractors on quality control procedures and best practices.

Maintain organized, up-to-date QA/QC documentation .

Participate in evaluating and selecting suppliers/contractors based on quality performance.

Address quality-related complaints with root cause analysis and preventive solutions .

Collaborate with project managers, site engineers , and cross-functional teams to integrate quality into all phases of work.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering .

3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance/control , specifically in building renovation and reconstruction .

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and quality management systems .

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety regulations .

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
