Process & Validation Engineer for a Medical Device Company

For MIS, a company that develops, manufactures, and markets dental implants and advanced dental products, a Process & Validation Engineer is required for the Engineering Department.

The role combines process engineering and working with manufacturing with leading validation activities, and is also suitable for engineers at the beginning of their career who wish to develop in a medical device manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes, examining efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Providing engineering responses to malfunctions and process problems on the manufacturing floor, conducting investigations, and implementing solutions
• Planning, executing, and documenting validation activities for processes and equipment in accordance with the VMP and quality requirements
• Writing and updating validation protocols and reports and monitoring the execution of activities
• Leading projects for process improvement and implementing changes in manufacturing processes
• Participating in development teams and NPI (New Product Introduction) activities
• Working with diverse interfaces, including manufacturing, quality, development, and laboratories
• Sending samples for testing to external laboratories, monitoring results, and examining laboratory reports
• Working in accordance with procedures and quality requirements in a Medical Device environment

The position is also suitable for recent graduates with an orientation toward manufacturing processes, a high learning ability, and a desire to develop in the fields of process engineering and validation within the medical device industry.

• B.Sc. in Engineering – Mechanical / Materials / Chemical / Biotechnology or a relevant field – Mandatory
• Up to two years of experience in an engineering role in a manufacturing environment – Advantage
• Familiarity with Validation processes and/or working in a regulatory environment – Advantage
• High technical and analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Good level of English
• Ability to work independently alongside teamwork and in a multi-interface environment
