Mirza M&E Engineering Pte Ltd is a trusted M&E Engineering partner in Singapore specializing in Electrical, Aircon, Fire Protection, and Plumbing services. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our operations.
Job Summary
Oversee M&E operations for Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects in Singapore, ensuring efficient resource planning, site coordination, client communication, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage M&E operations across Electrical, ACMV, Fire Protection, and Plumbing projects to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Plan and allocate manpower and materials effectively to meet project demands and deadlines
- Coordinate site activities to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues promptly
- Liaise with clients to maintain clear communication and address project requirements and concerns
- Prepare and manage quotations to support project budgeting and cost control
- Monitor project costs and implement measures to maintain budget compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations including BCA and SCDF requirements
- Lead and develop a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve operational excellence
- Apply technical troubleshooting skills to resolve on-site challenges and maintain project progress
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore M&E/Construction sector
- Proven experience managing multiple sites and teams
- Knowledge of Singapore regulations related to M&E and construction operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong leadership skills demonstrated through team management and project delivery
- Technical troubleshooting skills applied in operational contexts
