METALWORKING TECHNOLOGIST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• You will be responsible for technological production preparation and monitoring compliance with technology in production.
• Your work will involve creating technological procedures for metalworking elements for the production of compressors and cooling devices.
• Based on technical documentation, you will decide on production assignments.
• Optimize production processes, propose changes, and improve existing production processes.
• Align the company's existing technological documentation with the standards of the Czech Republic.
• You are also expected to provide support for technical communication with suppliers.
• You will work closely with 3D measurement specialists, designers, and CNC setters.

WE REQUIRE:

• Secondary or Higher Technical Education.
• Experience in a similar position in the field of metalworking in mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of chip removal principles on CNC (ideally MAZAK).
• Experience with Siemens NX CAM system is an advantage.
• Awareness of global trends and manufacturers in cutting, measurement, and machining.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Communication skills, responsibility.
