TECHNICIAN MaR (measurement and control)

Job Description:

• Assembly, connection, and setting up of measuring and control instruments and sensors (temperature, pressure, level, etc.).
• Setting and parameterization of electronic modules and converters.
• Uploading finished software into programmable logic controllers (PLC) and their initial testing.
• Diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault removal in smaller control systems (low voltage).
• Working with analog interfaces (0-10 V, 4-20 mA) and digital communication protocols (primarily Modbus RTU/TCP).
• Orientation in technical and project documentation (reading electrical schematics).

Candidate Requirements:

1. Education and Qualifications:

• Secondary (SŠ) or University (VŠ) education in the field of electrical engineering or automation.
• Valid certificate of professional competence in electrical engineering according to NV 194/2022 Sb.

1. Professional Knowledge:

• Experience in a similar position (MaR, maintenance of automation systems, commissioning/startup).
• Reliable knowledge of reading electrical schematics.
• Understanding of the operating principles of analog signals and digital data buses (practical experience with the Modbus protocol is a requirement).
• Basic knowledge of working with PLC (ability to connect to a controller, upload a program, perform initial diagnostics).

1. Language Skills:

• English language: technical level (reading technical documentation and device manuals).
