PRODUCTION & OPERATIONS MANAGER (MANUFACTURING)

Requirements

• Typically 3 to 5+ years of hands-on management experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or a plastic recycling/reprocessing plant.

Deep understanding of polymer types (PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, etc.), plastic waste segregation, extrusion, and material separation technologies, especially for Recycling process

Strong leadership, problem-solving, data reporting and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
